Arcana Allocation Principles
This document presents the principles that define the nature of the Arcana work, its allocation framework, and the framework for establishing its value.

1. Nature of the Work
Arcana is an authorial work executed entirely by hand.
It is not a series-produced product and does not belong to any standardized or industrialized production line.
Each work is executed individually by the author, without delegating any stage of execution.
2. About the Method
The Carmina Estela Method is an original intellectual construct developed through practice and direct experience. It is applied manually on the flap of the Arcana work, giving it a three-dimensional visual and tactile appearance, without modifying the surface of the leather or its internal structure.
The manifestation of the Method differs from one work to another and gives each work its own identity.
The final result of the relief manifestation of the Carmina Estela Method cannot be predetermined or anticipated. It also cannot be identically reproduced.
Although the form of Arcana remains constant, the singular character of each work results from the manifestation of the Carmina Estela Method during the creative process.
3. About Allocation
Access to an Arcana work is granted through allocation, not through standard ordering or selection from stock.
Each allocated work is initiated only after allocation approval. It is not selected from existing reference works presented publicly by the author.
The number of works created within a given period is naturally limited by the entirely manual nature of the creative process. This limitation is a consequence of the way the work is created, not a production or marketing strategy.
4. Ownership and Rights
The Arcana work, as a material object, becomes the full property of the recipient after completion of the allocation process and full payment of the established value.
The acquisition of the work does not involve the transfer of know-how, internal technical knowledge, or conceptual elements associated with the creative process.
5. About Value
The allocation value of an Arcana work is not determined through market comparisons or series-production criteria.
It is established in relation to the nature of the work, the entirely manual character of its execution, the application of the Carmina Estela Method, and the singular character of each work.
The established allocation value for an Arcana work is EUR 25,000 (twenty-five thousand euros).
The allocation value communicated for an Arcana work remains fixed and non-negotiable throughout the allocation process corresponding to that work.
6. Final Statement
Arcana is not a product.
It is not an edition and is not conceived for series production.
