Access is by allocation.
The number of works is naturally limited by fully manual creation. Arcana is not designed for industrial production or scalability. Its rarity is a consequence of how it is created, not a marketing strategy.
Each Arcana is a one-of-one authored work because of the unique manifestation of the Carmina Estela Method, which gives it its own identity during creation — an identity that cannot be anticipated, predetermined, or repeated, not even by the author.
Publicly presented works are reference works. Allocated works remain private.
Each allocated work is initiated only after allocation approval. It is not selected from existing reference works.
Each work is documented internally. Each allocation is recorded.
